Corporate work for solar and distributed generation in Brazil, at scale.
Solar SPEs, consortia, cooperatives and shared-generation associations run on corporate acts in series: setting up projects, admitting and removing participants, selling plants, certificates for financing. LegalBR handles that volume at Juntas Comerciais and registries in several Brazilian states, with a standard process for dozens or hundreds of companies in the same group.

From mapping to execution in series
- Mapping
We start from the list of CNPJs in the group. The free bulk check shows right away which are irregular or need attention.
- Standardization
We build templates for minutes, amendments and membership terms and organize powers of attorney so each act does not wait for signatures.
- Execution
We file at the competent Juntas Comerciais and registries, handle requirements and deliver the registered acts.
- Reporting
A report per CNPJ with what was registered, what is under requirement and what is due next.
Start with a check of every CNPJ in the group
Paste the CNPJs of your SPEs, consortia and associations and see within minutes which are irregular, suspended or have a foreign shareholder with no representative. Free, up to 100 CNPJs at a time.
Which vehicles does Brazilian law allow for shared generation?
Law 14,300/2022 allows shared generation through a consortium, cooperative, condominium or civil association. The choice depends on who the participants are, how credits will be allocated and how often participants will join and leave.
Can individuals join a shared-generation consortium?
Law 14,300/2022 mentions individuals and legal entities, but consortia follow articles 278 and 279 of the Corporations Law, and in practice Juntas Comerciais register consortia formed by legal entities. Cooperatives and associations are the usual route to bring in individuals.
How is a new participant admitted?
In a consortium, by an amendment to the consortium agreement filed at the Junta Comercial. In a cooperative or association, by the membership term and admission minutes set out in the bylaws, registered when the bylaws or the law require it.
Where is each vehicle registered?
Business companies, consortia and cooperatives are registered at the state Junta Comercial. Civil associations are registered at the Civil Registry of Legal Entities where the head office is located.
Can you handle acts outside São Paulo?
Yes. LegalBR files at Juntas Comerciais and registries in several states, including where distributed generation plants are concentrated.
